Kearney’s 150th Birthday Party On The Bricks!

Join us in celebrating Kearney’s 150th birthday party on The Bricks!

From 11am – 2pm, there are family fun games and activities that include food provided by the Eagles Club, live music through the Humanities Nebraska Speakers Bureau, the Museum of Nebraska Art community mural, Kearney fire trucks and police cars, face painting, a unicorn petting zoo, pioneer games, a silent film at the World Theater, and much more!

Then starting at 6pm, directly in front of MONA on Central Avenue, a beer garden and two local bands take stage to finish off the evening. The Shockitanos debut their Kearney 150 song Take Me Back, featuring Tim Zach, along with other great songs from 6-8pm. After the Shockitanos, Audation takes the stage from 8-11pm to conclude the day!

Location: Downtown on Central Avenue. A block of Central Ave., just shy of 25th St., is blocked off for the day’s festivities. A small part of 24th St. is also blocked off.
